"I called an hour in advance for a refill and I had to line up when I got there, and then it was not ready. The lady was rude and you could tell frazzled as we was alone there. So I waited another 40 min and had to line up AGAIN to get it. Poor service. You lost me as a pharmacy customer today. Sorry. It’s not the 1st time. It was just a bad day at Costco coz We got a cookie sample that had hair in it and someone took a bite! Seriously. That was gross. What if they had covid."
