"Don't know what the point is of scheduling a meeting with a representative when they don't even bother looking at who made appointments. Made an appointment for 11, and the woman looked confused when I showed up and had to wait 20+ minutes. Not exactly great customer service."

"Worse customer service. Big line with one trailer and the manager sitting and watching. We asked her if she can help make the service faster, she just looked at us like we're nothing and said I can't. Don't really know why some people weak up early morning to go to work to do nothing. I wish I can put 0 star because I asked just for $20 change but she sent me to the line to wait 20 minutes. This place and customer service are two different businesses!!"
