"Got the worst customer service ever ,yesterday around 3pm I went there for some problems with my credit score and lost money on my account, but the front desk service a Spanish lady she said her job is only saving money and withdrawing money for customers, and told me to move.second time when it’s my turn, she just ignored me and walked away. I told with a yellow hair lady but she was mad and didn’t helped me, I don’t know is that because I am a asian, or they does this to everyone, but the manager should to tolk with this people!"

Tell me why I cashed a 1000$ check with no fee not too long ago but today they charge me a fee for my LESS THAN 50.00$ check?!!!!!!!? Make it make sense BOA. You just like to rob people for every dime and don't care that they just lost everything they gotta get their 8$!"
