"Called in to check the status of my prescription, was told they were too busy. Asked to stay on hold was reprimanded by owner Dave who doesn’t seem to have any customer service skills whatsoever. I’ve been a customer there for years and was treated as if I was a second class citizen. Keep in mind, It’s not what you say, it’s how you say it. Needless to say I will not be going back and will be sure to spread the message. Just know your continued business means absolutely nothing to Dave, and he will be the first to let you know. If you can’t handle the volume maybe hire someone who is capable of more than answering phones."

"My experiences with James, Glenn, and the rest of the girls and guys that work there has been great, especially with Glenn and James! But can't say the same about the owner Dave. I don't want to say why I think he treats certain people a certain way but he is rude and un caring at times. You can't get your prescription on the same day if you have a lot and I called in on Friday the 28th and I was advised I would have it ready the next da but when I called they were closed, now I have no medication and I didn't even get a call. I've complained to Mr.Dave before and his answer was that I should try another s for... Really?"
