"This is my second bad experience at this location the pharmacist they told me they didn’t have my prescription 2 time they told me that I had to other pharmacy to see who had the prescription that I needed I feel it’s not my job I feel the staff there doesn’t care about the customer bad business"

"Service has really gone down at this neighborhood pharmacy. The new head pharmacist is rude and the owner seems to not really care anymore. Sad, because I was initially a full supporter of a local pharmacy but the new lack of professionalism at this particular pharmacy makes the desire for profit at a corporate pharmacy actually attractive. Edited to add after owner's response: The fact that you are describing the nature of my dispute( an insurance coverage issue) -which I did not discuss in my original post, is in itself a violation of my privacy. This not only shows a lack of professionalism, but might even be a HIPAA violation since my name is obviously listed in the review. Your head pharmacist gave my doctor's assistant incorrect information which lead to an almost month long delay in my prescription coverage. While my doctor's office is also at fault for relying om the misinformation of your pharmacist, the arrogance of your pharmacist in insisting that her incorrect information was a fact and her refusal to initially even transfer the call to you was appalling. Even then, I attempted to persevere until it became apparent that there is no longer a benefit of personalized care since the mistreatment of a customer did not seem to faze you and no apology was even offered."

"ALWAYS answer the phone, super pro Pharmacist staff, deliver your meds and anything OTC and Delivery is FREE. You won't be listening to hold music all day. And they actually remember your name. Not only that, the delivery guys are amazing! And, they have an awesome setup-- just give them your credit or debit and you can have your Rxs or whatever you need from the pharmacy and they'll just take your copay out right there and if you need to purchase from the pharmacy otcs, that's okay too for the delivery.and set to Always Deliver and forget it. Super accurate, large selection and always follow ups by kind employees... I love the place, couldn't be happier I switched from Chains! Next time I'm there I will add a photo! Highly recommend!"

"Does not carry sufficient supplies of medication‘s. Most times have to order medication‘s will not get them till the next day. Does not contact you when they arrive, you must contact them, extremely rude. If you are in need of medication and you need it when it’s prescribed, do not use them it will only delay receiving your Vitalie needed medication’s."

"Every time I walk into this bright space, the staff greets me with a smile. A great selection of products with prices that are better than other places. They never run out of greeting cards for every occasion, my kids love the toys section and I love the skin care section. It took me a while to discover this place, but I have now switched my family's prescriptions to this pharmacy which, in my opinion, offers better value and service than the chain pharmacies."
