"Nothing special. Food was just okay and flooded with sauce. Sides were not hot. Specials were just posted on a whiteboard not explained by waiter. Wait staff was just adequate. Very disappointing. Not what it used to be."

I understand your busy which I'm happy for you, but that is no excuse for hospitality. You need to check with the table even if it's a brief moment to make sure everything is fine and actually got to the table. Servers need to be trained and understand that they need customers as much as the owner."
