"I’m not sure how Joe Beiber does it but somehow he keeps extremely capable happy staff who clearly are supported when they opt on their own to support and help customers and this has been the case for at least 38 years. I bought my first stove there in 1985. It turned out to be smaller than I needed. I used it for several fires. They then took it back, as I recall, for 100% of the purchase price toward the next larger stove. I bought my 3rd stove 2 weeks ago, had it delivered by Tom and Earl who were wonderfully happy, helpful and capable people. After I overheated it with the first fire I talked with Kerry Norton who was fun and reassuring that I had most likely caused no harm. I told her that I called that discussion with her my stove therapy. She was funny and very knowledgeable. Sam Cruz (her right hand) is equally capable, helpful and knowledgeable. Tammy is the manager of the furniture dept and a delight to deal with. Their products are made in the US by craftspeople in North Carolina me West Virginia as well as other places.
