"Sales was ok, delivery very slow, almost three weeks, busy ?, maybe !. Worse part was the PDI or prep service. Nothing had been checked or topped off except engine oil was ok. Tires, all four many pounds low. Deck not greased. Front end loader was not greased, most grease fittings were dry or had dust on them. Missing 3 point hitch upper link. Front axle fluid low. Tractor not washed/cleaned, no big deal but ! To future buyers, if you planning on buying from Kahn's, check EVERYTHING when you get your equipment delivered, you will be surprised and glad you did. VERY VERY disappointed."

"BEWARE dealing with the parts department is an absolute nightmare!! You can give them your year, model number and serial number of your machine, wait the 2 weeks for the order to come in, then go there and have your order be completely wrong!!! Then get an attitude from everyone including the part’s manager who will blame it on you that you didn’t know what machine you had!! I don’t understand how this place can conduct business like this!!!"

"First time tractor buyer and Brad made it very easy. After delivery, found a hydraulic fitting that wasn’t tight. They sent a mechanic out to my house to make sure all of the connections were tightened. Had a great experience and with any luck, won’t have to need service or sales again lol."
