"I previously reported a complaint regarding the service provided by a pharmacy employee and response by her manager, Michael. A day later I received a call from the store manager, Gianna. She was very professional and attentive to my complaint and concerns. She was empathetic and assured me that she would address the issue."

"This weekend, the Pharmacist Manager, Michael, went above and beyond premiere customer service for me. I am from NJ and wound up staying in CT longer than I had planned. Not only did Michael walk me through the process to request an emergency prescription from my doctor, and filled the medication, he worked with my insurance company to cover the cost and he even called me when he found out the store was closing early to assure that I was able to pick up so I would not go without. It is important to me to be able to access my prescriptions wherever I am. Michael's efforts were a shining example of why I have been and will remain a loyal Walgreens Pharmacy patient."

"Generally I am greeted by the same employees which I like. Solinar (pharmacy) always addresses me by my name from memory. I have used the Western Union here and had no problems. I have watched a few cashiers rise up in the ranks around here and that is a sign of stability to me The term IC3 is used when there are more than 3 customers in line and managers do respond quickly to the call. I would probably give them a 5 if it were not for the bathroom they seem to be an ongoing problem. Public bathrooms are always a challenge especially in this part of town. There is a bus stop right in front of the building which does increased public traffic."
