"I visited Cvs about 20 minutes ago and the workers failed to recognize I’m at the window. I thought no one was there I waited and waited until I figured let me touch back a bit. I saw two workers there at the counter chatting away and failed to recognize a customer at the window. So I started to knock the window. Instead of apologizing for having me waiting she started yelling that I must not knock on the window. I’m explaining to her that I needed her attention she started yelling at me that I’m yelling. I won’t be getting my meds from cvs no more. What these untrained representatives don’t realize is if we don’t pick up meds they will lose their jobs."
"Went in to get a motion sickness drug for my 6yr old and the pharmacist said i needed a prescription for an antiemtic drug (very adament and unfriendly. And right down the aisle I find many kids chewable tablets. Wow."
