"Ordered a product and paid for express delivery for multiple items, Home Depot decided to just cancel part of my order without an explanation. So glad they can just cancel my order and now I can’t cancel the rest of the items myself, instead I get to talk to an AI who doesn’t understand anything. Now I have to go to the store, which was the whole point of paying for express delivery. So now I wasted my money on shipping and now my time too. Thanks Home Depot! Update: They reshipped my product and for some reason required a signature, so now this is the second time I did not get my package. I did not select signature. Then when calling Home Depot support was told to call the store myself. Additionally ordered a Milwaukee tool as it said it would be here the next day and guess what, of course it is now delayed five days. HD is a mess, I won’t be ordering from them ever again."

"I had one of the best services today at home depot. I commend Ann Marie who helped me at the flooring department and Justin who walked for a mile with me to find the product I needed. Excellent service, from both of them. Kudos!!!"

"The gentleman that helped us today truly deserves a raise. I’ve been to multiple Home Depot’s today and the employees seem aggravated that you even ask for help, not interested, or can’t even be found. Not this guy. He searched high and low using ladders and the machine that looked like a fork lift. Unfortunately we couldn’t find the boxed version of what we were looking for however he assisted with us with the floor model and made sure we were taken care of (the floor model was part of a battery deal). Not only that he asked us what else we could possibly need and showed us everything we would be interested again. I unfortunately couldn’t catch his name but he was a manager. We definitely will come back to this Home Depot and look for this gentleman again. He’s a 10/10 employee."

"Compared to the Valley Stream Home Depot I was at a few days earlier, this one was cleaner and had most shelves stocked. The selection was better and items were in better condition. I was able to get the exact LED specialized bulbs I needed and got a better idea of some possible ceiling fans and vanities for furniture projects. If out this way, it's a much better experience here."
