"I went in to buy an anchor kit for a Kohler toilet seat. It was the first time I had been there. They are in my town and I'd rather give my business to a local store. The problem is that Best Plumbing and many other plumbing supply stores and electrical supply stores charge home owners list price on everything. They don't like dealing with home owners or do it your selfers so they take the opportunity to bang you on the price. They wanted $37 for the same kit that sells for $24 on Amazon. That is an apples to apples comparison! I won't be going back there again!"

After I described my needs for a hand held shower head with strong pressure, she told me to look at the sink faucets since all of them had showers to match (I thought I wanted a shower???? )Then we started to look at showers on-line. After being surley, and contradicting me several times, I decided she was not going to help me find what I need, and I will not be purchasing a shower head from your company despite the fact that I have the most lovely tiles I bought from you years ago in Mt. Kisco."
