He refused and told her to wait until the truck had been unloaded and then LAUGHED at her as she walked away. When I went see what was happening - not only was my wife very upset - but both Jesse and the owner Scott LIED about what they said instead of apologizing. Shameful. This company doesn’t deserve anyone’s business - including with any contractor who values their own reputation."
