"Terrible service. I understand they are only doing pick-up but I was outside and wanted to see a color swatch to buy some paint and the person said they couldn’t bring me a color swatch outside the door."
"The employees here are great, but the store is never open. I've tried to buy paint three or four times now during regular business hours, only to find the front door locked. What gives? EDIT: The reply Sherwin Williams wrote completely ignores the point—that the store isn't open DURING their stated hours, as I originally wrote."
"It's funny, because everyone who works here is lovely! But they can't ever help me, because, as far as I can tell, this store is open maybe once a year. In the six times I've gone, spread over multiple months, hours, and days, the doors have been open twice despite all lights being on and it being normal business hours during which the store has posted open hours. Is this a nightclub? Does it actually operate on Greenwich Mean Time? Unclear! But I am officially giving up attempting to buy paint from here. Good luck, all of you!"
