"Those who work there need to be more responsible and help find what the customer needs because many times I have gone and they do not want to help but some employees help very well compared to other places, being friendly does not cost anything."

"I bought a washing machine in November and I was awe when the delivery guy took my phone and answered the survey himself. He thought I was going to give him a bad review because he took it out the box on the gravel and brought it in the house on the side even though there were clear instructions not to do that. So, I pointed it out to him. He sat on my dryer itwas a mess. Home depot or the delivery company needs to hire people with better customer service. He has no right to take my phone 1st thing and then to DO the survey. That guy should not be trusted in people's house. Who knows what he is doing to older people. I called customer service to complain and the girl who answered laugh led. She told me someone would get back to me within a day am yet to hear from anyone. Be careful everyone."

"Been to a lot of Home Depots, but this is the only one where a septenginarian held the keys to the boxcutters and was extremely rude to the woman who wanted to buy them. (Repeatedly asked me not to hit him with my cart when I was over a foot behind him)"

"The staff here does help and locates other employees who can support in correct department. I have shopped at multiple Home Depot. The staff makes the difference here in Danbury."
