"I first encountered Appliance Driven a year or so ago when I needed to buy a new refrigerator. I wanted to support a local company, and at the time, they were located in Mt. Vernon where I live. Know that expression, "measure twice, cut once?" Well, I didn't measure twice and the delivery guys came out to my house with a refrigerator that was too big for my doorway - and my kitchen. Both the delivery guys and Fabian (my sales rep) were SO nice about my terrible mistake. When they returned with the perfectly-fitting refrigerator, they had it installed and the old fridge carted away in no time at all. Fabian helped me find exactly what I needed, scheduled the delivery for a time that was convenient for me, and had it at my house within a week. The same delivery guys were back with the freezer, and I cannot say enough about how professional and kind they are. If I could, I would give Appliance Driven more than 5 stars.
