"I've been in real estate for 20 years and walk through hundreds of houses in any given season. I always pay close attention to the quality of construction and attention to detail in finishes. Since moving into my current home 12 years ago I've been designing my new kitchen in my mind, and privately evaluating all the contractors my job requires me to interact with. After seeing a kitchen renovation recently completed by Bruce and Laura and liking everything those clients said about Bruce's team, I decided to give them a call. I've never worked with a contractor with the project management skills Bruce has. He schedules his team with military precision and always shows up when he says he will. I always knew ahead of time who was coming when, so I could be prepared - i.e. that the plumber would arrive between 8-8:30 on Tuesday and that the water would be off that morning, etc. Laura, Bruce, Paul, and the entire team are pleasant, friendly, trustworthy, and were respectful of being in my home while they worked. Bruce started the exact day and time he said he would and miraculously managed to finish on time despite an unexpected complete plumbing replacement of leaking bathroom pipes above the new kitchen. Bruce works hard to provide detailed fair pricing and Laura is creative & patient with her fabulous design work. Both have exceedingly high standards for what they are willing to put their names on, and if the work doesn't meet their standards it will be redone until it does. I have already recommended Kitchens By Bruce to several people and couldn't be happier with the entire process. They are fabulous to work with!"
