"I visited the Syn-Mar show room and found the employees to be very helpful. We ordered a sink top and white tile look shower surround. We love the sink top but the tile surround was a disaster. Our contractor researched the correct installation of the wall and while cutting the piece out for the niche it broke into several pieces. FW Webb was willing to sell us another one at their cost but we were reluctant to spend another $800 on top of the original $2500 with no guarantee it wouldn't break.We decided to just have our shower tiled so it was an extremely costly shower. Buyers beware!"
