She helped me select tiles and backsplash choices for multiple bathrooms and foyer for new construction. I never felt pressured as some other businesses had made me feel in past visits. The store has a plentiful showcase of products that I was able to see and borrow for comparison. I always felt appreciated and Connie tended to all my needs. I've given high reviews to my colleagues, clients, and friends. Working with Dalene increased the ease for me helping in the construction of a new property. "We had a great experience. Rob was very helpful in store. We took home samples and after deciding the quote was quick and detailed. We were given options to lower price if needed. Ordering floor was fast (about a week) and install went well..took 1 day. Our radiators did not connect as new floor was higher. They sent a guy out next day and he drilled holes and got them connected first thing in the morning. Some minor things... Needed a little more threshold then they ordered so we had to wait on that. No big deal. Overall everyone was skilled, professional and prompt. Recommend and would use again"

"I had two jobs done. Prefinished woods floors were installed in the living room & came out great! (5 stars) Had luxury vinyl put on the entire second floor, install was poor, floor has hills and valleys you can feel when you walk, the quarter round in some rooms is done poorly (there were 4 installers and it looks it), and overall it looks like a limited experience installer did the job. It was a lot of money, and I'm very disappointed. They sent out their quality manager, who just offered excuses. Wrote a letter to the owner and never heard a thing. Sales guy was great, but there's nothing standing behind him. (1 star) In case you’re wondering, no I never heard from the owner - re below response."

"Wonderful place to get the right flooring and have an extremely professional installation. I had carpet put in the living room, stairs, two hallways and 4 bedrooms and their closets. It was done in a day. The team moved all the beds and dressers around to get the bedrooms finished without me having to worry about it (a little extra cost for this service). I picked out the carpet from the large variety they had and an extremely nice memory foam padding. Funny thing was that I finally chose the absolute first sample that I immediately picked out when I first saw the samples. Of course I spent a week of "making sure I made the right decision"! Highly recommend the memory foam padding as it gives the carpet a wonderful feel. Super helpful staff in the store. Rob Devin was terrific, no pressure and honest answers to my questions. He kept me informed all the way through the install. Took about three weeks for the carpet to come in, have it precut, and get an install team scheduled. They actually rescheduled for a couple of days before my initial install date so that was a plus. Nothing but praise for the installers. They pulled the carpet, cleaned the floor, replaced some tack strips, moved all the furniture around upstairs and did a terrific job of installing that it is impossible to tell where the seams are. They helped me move things back in place and cleaned up after themselves. I inspected the entire area and found everything to be top notch. I was not expecting this quality and it put my previous rug installers from a lesser quality company as barely competent. Negatives? Probably not the cheapest way to get flooring and it took a while for the work to be scheduled. The results are much better than I expected. I love my new carpet. 5 stars and ten happy toes go to Dalene."

"I’m a super ‘stay on budget’ shopper. They were the most affordable good carpeting we could find, ( we used the ‘in stock’ basic options because we were looking for kid friendly carpet) even compared to box stores like Home Depot, and the warrantees were 10 years longer for the products we purchased. Ryan helped us out, and it was great to have one point person to work with. The guys who installed our carpeting were polite and focused on getting the job done. They also had faster timelines for ordering an installation than anywhere else we looked. I highly recommend them!"
