She said none of them “work” ? I asked her if there was another store where I could buy one & she said, “probably”. I then suggested that she call the Vernon store & look into it for me. Lucky for me Quan serviced me in Vernon & I was able to purchase one. I suggested that he should call the Manchester store to teach the sales woman there."
