"Shout-out to Gerald for cutting the blinds for our house!"
"I’m a truck driver and I’ve delivered to many places that have little to no room to back in a door but this place is the worst one I’ve been to. Zero room to turn around"
"Unfortunately, it appears that this location of Home Depot has fallen on Hard Times. Everyone used to love them especially in comparison to their big competitor, Lowe's, across the street. Their employees were helpful and they actually head jobs that were relevant to the department they were assigned to. If you ask for something was they walk you to it even to the other end of the store. They were infinitely and I mean infinitely more knowledgeable about the products they sell. Wants to wish they were clearly Superior to Lowe's, but you must have realized they were paying too much or treating their employees too well because I can say that their quality of service has fallen considerably. Not quite as bad as those yet, but they're getting there and they're getting their rapidly. I kind of thought that this might just be happening to Home Depot everywhere but then I recently had the opportunity to go into the Glastonbury store. The store was infinitely Superior to the Manchester store. The merchandise was neatly placed on the racks and some type of reasonable order and their selection what is at least three times the selection you get in a Manchester store. Once comma when I was looking for a particular item employee saw me right away and came up to me to ask if I needed any help. I don't know why there's such a big difference between Manchester and Glastonbury. Probably because the Rich Glastonbury people won't let them get away with anything but top-flight service. I don't really now why everything changed in such a short time but it's amazing to me that the regional HD executives haven't noticed. Or more likely, they have noticed but they think that we consumers are too dumb to notice little things like that. We aren't. Sincerely, a (formerly loyal) HD customer. It takes years to build up a reputation but just a couple of months to ruin it."
"Called looking for torches, was transferred to garden 3 times after being transfered to 4 other departments. Waste of time. Don't recommend calling the store. Prepare to be on hold for at least 10-25 minutes while you get rotated through every department in the store. you'll spend less time driving there and getting what you need rather than waiting for their awful service."
