"Melissa the team member was helpful and very kind. Deb the manager is very knowledgeable and helpful. She has really kept the store up despite the hardship of not having enough help. Stop trying to be Hobby Lobby with so much Decor Joann's that are to pricey!!!!! Just want more crafts yarn, etc. Your clearance is also overpriced that's why your customers go to Michael's"
"EDIT: The manager I didn’t like moved to a different store. The new manager is very sweet and kind! I did an interview there and the manager was very ableist, saying I’m fully capable and don’t need a job coach which legally I’m allowed to use and they have to comply with that. I have BP, autism and elhers donlos syndrome. On top of that she was pretty rude to me as well. Saying she was glad I didn’t bring my job coach to the interview because they don’t “do job coaches” I WILL be writing a letter to corporate. Not the first time I’ve heard bad things about this manager."
"I walked around for some time and was not acknowledged at Klim (this is not the first time). For such a small store, it should be the first thing to do to try and get people to spend money there and not go to another Joanns. I needed a lot of fabric and will be going to another location in the future."
"I called another craft store looking to find out if a specific item was available in the store, and they said, "I think so," and that was all they said. Then I called JoAnns, and they answered the same way, but they continued the call while they went to search to see if they had it in the store, They did have it in the store, AND they told me which aisle it was in. Later that evening, I went to the store, went directly to that aisle, and had no problem finding what I was after. It was a five-star experience the whole way through!!!"
"I went in today to get fabric, I was pleased they had what I was looking for! Cara (agm)? was who helped me with cutting the fabric I needed. I explained I needed x ft by about x ft of fabric. She replied in a measurement of x yards when I asked how long the roll was she replied in inches. Why not just reply in the type of measurement I asked for instead of using two others first? Not very helpful not very friendly."
