"Have gotten floors from them two separate times. First time was great. I purchased laminate flooring and picked it up and installed it myself. Also has been over a year since that purchase and no issues! However, I bought vinyl flooring from this company this past January, and had allied install it to save myself some time. Overall poor experience, a lot of tears in the corners now, holes where the vinyl is peeling up after installation, messy in the bathroom. I called allied to see what they can do for repair or if it were under warranty since I was still financing. They sent someone out a month ago (the first time they were going to send someone out they no-call no-showed), I haven't heard back on what repairs they can do, or even a call back at all. That's what I get for having another person do the job I guess. I would avoid this place unless you're treating it as a retail store and installing the materials yourself."
