Daltile, Marazzi Sales Service Center

"My name is David Arriaga and we set up a dealer account thru Daltile for our new showroom called the A Clarke Design Studio located at 1 Court Street in Westfield Ma. We where looking to make Daltile our premier tile vendor to compliment our cabinet, flooring and countertop lines. We spoke with our local sales representative Thom Flynn and he told us of a mosaic wall that he saw at another location and thought it would look great for our location, so we agreed and asked him to provide the mosaics and we would build the wall. It took 4 weeks to get a response after he left as to the status of the mosaics and our floor displays. When we spoke I was told that it was held up by the manager of the Hartford, Ct location named Larry. So we waited a 4 more weeks for an answer and nothing. I called Thom again and asked if we where going to receive what was promised us because we are having our grand opening on 03/31/2023. Time was of the essence.... At that point I was told they where still held up, so I reached out by phone and email leaving messages for Larry to please call me back and nothing, its been almost 3 weeks. Next we tried another Daltile location who we explained everything to and they said they could help at first but then reached back out saying we had to deal with Thom Flynn. Which tells me someone higher up didnt allow them to help us (Larry) So we still do not have the display tiles, mosaics or racks that we have been waiting months for. I had to reach out to another vendor late last week who who will know become our premiere vendor (Happy Floors) and is delivering everything that we need for tomorrow. If this is how Daltile allows a manager to treat thier dealers I have to say Im worried how he will treat his customers. Im glad that we found out the hard way so that our homeowners don't have to go through what we did. If you read this please do not do business with the Hartford Ct Daltile location."
