"Nothing short of theft. Be very careful dealing with this company. They will charge in advance, requiring payment in full before the work is started. They will include charges on the initial invoice for work that may or may not need to be done. When all work is completed, good luck getting reimbursed for any work paid for that was not done. They charged me hundreds of dollars for work that was never done. But they told the credit card company the work was done, and the charge is accurate. That is a complete lie. Fraud at its finest."

"We originally ordered samples in early October, but the one we were most interested in was not sent. (We got one that was definitely mislabeled.) So we went to Warwick, RI to see it. They didn’t have it either, they were waiting for the new display. So we then went to Hartford, CT and they had a sample. We ordered it, along with the extras needed for installation, to be delivered to the Warwick, RI store for us to pick up. After a few weeks the flooring came in, but not everything else, so we waited, and waited. Finally we called again and as of today, most of it is in RI, and the J-strip will be sent to us. This whole ordeal has taken well over a month, with multiple trips in both CT and RI. So while my husband forgot to ask, I am now asking….shouldn’t we be entitled to a free delivery to our home? "I would like to give 5 stars to the store manager Tristan, the way he explained and approach was awesome.. But I had trouble with installations folks...they wasted so much underlayment material and few were looted too.. there was a communication gap while installing..They opened all the underlayment without estimation how much it would require..I will definitely not suggest for my friends."
