"The selection of carpeting at the Galleria store is extensive, lots to choose from. Rob was very helpful helping us pick out what we had in mind and also offering advice and information. The one item that was missed was the padding quality. We didn't discuss this and ended up with padding that is not quite thick enough, yet suitable. If we sampled this, we probably would have upgraded. (thus, 4 stars) In addition to the new carpet, the rest of our house carpeting had wrinkles everywhere (from a previous installation years ago, not Floor Décor). Having this fixed was also big on our list. The installation crew of 3 did an excellent job with the new carpet installation and fixed the wrinkles throughout the house. Since furniture is everywhere, this was no small task. Overall, we are very satisfied with Floor Décor and would recommend!"
