I am no contractor and have no plumbing experience, so I was not sure how I would be treated. My first contact was with Mike, at the counter. He listened to my sump pump problem and questions. He researched and ordered parts from their distributor. I made a follow-up call to see if the parts had come in, and met my next professional on the phone . Diane. She stated that she would follow-up and get back to me. She did as she promised. The parts finally came in after about a week and a half. Although they looked like my parts, they didn't fit. The end result was that parts were no longer available due to age of pump. I ended up purchasing a new one. Without asking, Mike gave me credit toward the new pump and what I believe, was a contractor discount. This was one of the best purchasing experience I've had.
