He was able to calm my dog and took his time with him. My dog didn’t give him the easiest time but Joe was so patient with him and my Chihuahua didn’t bark or cry once. Thank you Joe. The staff was nice, welcoming and I could feel a calm vibe in the atmosphere. My dog Blossom, doesn’t do well with grooming, she is very nervous pup and hates having her legs and paws touched. Causing me to feel very anxious when taking her to the groomers. Joseph was very attentive, he asked a lot of questions and gave good advice, making me feel reassured my pup was in the right hands.
