"Infrequently the hay is out of stock and or misplaced in the store. I only get our pigs oxbow so it is very important that they get fresh hay. I have got questionable hay here thought they were helpful in resolving the issue. Make sure your hay is fresh. I had to contact Oxbow about the problem."
