"Clearly the most accessible exterior material vendor in the area. That’s what the 2 starts are for. However, the recent change in payment policy is not conducive to me as a contractor. You have to physically be present to process payments or be on the spot for a delivery. I own the business I’m not on site. And I’m not at the store. Stores good processed and administration bad. Last week they took a payment 18k over the phone this week need three rolls of coil and they deny my guy on site saying the don’t take payments over the phone. Messed up my guys whole morning. Not cool Mike, manager, cold stopped me and didn’t think to offer me any service enhancement was happy to tell me to kick rocks. Perhaps abc is to big and perhaps you should consider camco and metro supplies or if you want to get real cheap price and quality star hardware in Hartford for the super budget projects. ABC is not worth the price for the quality of service. Antiquated and rude."
