"I purchased and installed a faucet from Whitehaus, which was only installed for a very short time, around maybe a couple years. The faucet began to leak atrociously. It literally broke apart in several areas. First it was the handle, then the faucet itself. I contacted them several times about replacing the faucet over a span of months under their alleged 5 year warranty. I started to smell something fowl and found black mold in my cabinet due to the leaking faucet and sent them photos of the mess the faucet created. They do not answer phones and they stopped responding to my emails. This is a very unreliable company that does not stand behind their product and they have zero customer service. I even escalated this to the owner and he never replied either. I can see I am not alone here with this experience."

"Beautiful sinks, awful accessories. Sink grid so sharp and unfinished it will surely damage the sink over time. Trust their fireclay, don't trust their metal fixtures."

"Do you want a kitchen faucet that is unreliable and leaks? Do you care more about how the faucet looks that how it works? Do you want to buy a product that even if new parts are provided or the faucet is replaced you will be saddled with the labor costs? If so, Whitehaus is the company for you. I have now paid my plumber far more in labor than we paid for our faucet. Apparently, Whitehaus does not stand behind the products they sell, which by the way, they do not make themselves, but import from various manufacturers around the world and then put the Whitehaus name on."
