"This store has a big selection of things - everything from carpentry to lawn care to plumbing and painting. The staff here is very friendly and helpful, without being pushy. Some items are a bit expensive, but small stores can't compete with mass marketers. For most of your at home needs, this is a great store. I'm updating this review, 4 years later: I have to say that every time I've gone into this store, I've been treated kindly and with respect. The people there are curious about my level of knowledge about what I need for a job, but never assume I know nothing. I consistently feel welcome here, the folks who work here don't talk down to you. I keep coming back again and again because it's just SO different than my experience going to big hardware chains.
