"William Villa deserves tremendous credit for the wonderful customer assistance he offered me. He embodied professionalism, appropriate discretion and kindness throughout my experience. After being treated with indifference, waiting in lumber a 1/2 hr for assistance, I arrived at truck rental 3 min past the cutoff time. Standing with several hundred dollars in purchases, I wondered how I would get them home. William Villa stepped forward with a friendly smile, understood my dilemma, and approved the rental to save my day. He even offered me a soda and a napkin for the ride. Had he not shown me such exceptional kindness that day, I would have never returned. This gentleman is a good person and valuable to any employer lucky enough to have him. Thank you Mr. Villa."

"Good products, but poor customer service, I feel discriminated against, undervalued, if you ask for help the employees get angry and worse if you ask them to help you look for materials such as wood because those that are in poor condition tell you no. I can choose, I have to take what there is. Also the PRO service, it is terrible this year I bought deck materials, it took almost a month to deliver my order, and it was almost a month because I had to go almost every day to follow up on the order, for this reason of delay I had to give a discount to the client for the delay in time to deliver the work, I lost money on that and the contracts that I lost due to this delay were 3 contracts, this caused me losses this year, and the worst thing is that no one at Home Depot made responsible, only ironic smiles bad service"

"Home Depot with a good paint department and helpful staff. Sadly, this place is wickedly understaffed. If i didn't need the paint I would have left. Went on a saturday at 2pm didnt leave until 345. Literally had to wait almost 45 minutes for paint because Richard was working alone. He was a trooper. They need more help, though!"

"Staffing still seems to be a problem in terms of store knowledge. I had to approach five different people to find an item I was looking for. Everyone was courteous but they were not able to help... I understand that the store has thousands of items but there should be a faster way for a customer to find what they are looking for."

"Lots of variety like every other home depot. You van find just about everything here.i found a lot of staff on the floor, which is unusual in most cases! But of course I didn't need help, was just running in to use the bathroom! I also did notice they have a self service key making machine. Nice to know. What more can you ask for?"
