Tile America: Tile Design and Tile Store

"I ordered tile on Saturday with the understanding that all the items were in stock and could be picked up at the store on Monday. Well.. tomorrow is Friday and as of 2 pm Thursday afternoon ... the items are not available. Feel very mislead and annoyed ... when I called the store additionally was told the sales person Sandy was not available nor was a manager. I am very frustrated and annoyed at being mislead."
