"Very disappointed with my recent experience. My purchased order was delayed in getting to the store for pick-up by a couple of weeks. I was told they were having warehouse staffing issues and the order did not make the truck. I did not think it was that big of an issue and told my contractor I needed to postpone installment because the product was not in my hands yet. So, I got bumped on his schedule. My title just finished getting installed and I tried to return 1 box that was not opened. And now I have an issue. I missed the 60-day return window by 2 weeks so the store will not let me return the over ordered material. I was very disappointed to not receive the same understanding of a two-week delay. I even asked if they would make a one-time exception and I was told no. The store manager told me he would put a request into their customer service, but if approved it would only be a store credit. My project is complete. I don’t need a store credit to a store that only sells tile. This kind of service is why the big box stores are taking over."
