"Impossible to get into contact with anyone. I came in yesterday and there was expired products on the shelf from 11/20. I was gonna tell someone before I left, and forgot. So I tried calling this morning, and no department answered except for bakery, and it wasn't their issue to deal with. She did say she'd relay the message thankfully. But it feels a bit strange to have a customer service dept as an option, just to be sent somewhere else. I tried 8 departments, and the manager and customer service by the way before someone answered. Do not try to contact over the phone. Also if you happen to read this as a customer, check all the expiration dates before you go home. those products were at least 2 weeks expired. (Just Crack an Egg is what I saw but who knows if there is more. I will say, the store was very clean though, and the produce was fresh and had a nice selection."

"GET MORE CASHIERS. I just came back from this ShopRite, and the self checkout system is such a mess. It took over 20 minutes, because the system called a worker over six times. I only had about ten items. I DREAD coming when there are no cashiers, because this always happens. The prices are good, and the staff is friendly -- and apologetic. But the machines simply do not work. I feel like ShopRite has stopped paying cashiers, at the expense of making customer checkouts a nightmare. This was from 8:14-8:45. Do NOT shop during this time."

"Ordering from the deli is a nightmare every time I come in. The order ahead tablet is pointless everytime you use it, you end up waiting 45 minutes for them to tell you they haven’t gotten to it. Ontop of that there’s no tickets so everyone fighting to get into line and be next to order. Recommend going to stop and shop across the street."

"This is what you get when they charge you for some bags that’s thinner than multipurpose low quality printer paper. You get a senior having to pick up all of their grocery off of the ground hoping someone will be kind enough to help pick them up and figure out how to get them into the house. Every last place on with these low grade bags, just STOP! Just don’t carry any at all. Besides that issue the, store is ok."
