"She groomed our golden retriever years ago, back in the 1990's we dropped him off for a wash and nail trim when we picked him up he was shaved bald except for his head and tail, she was very rude at our stunned and displeased reaction. He was embarrassed and hid inside the house until his hair started growing back."
