"While we have had a decent stay or two at the Wolcott location, there must be all new staff and management, as this boarding facility is now atrocious. It has been a week later from when I picked up my dehydrated, non bathed, non nail trimmed and very skinny 14 year old boxer mix. I called on the 22nd, to ensure she was ready and said I would be there in 2 hours, the pee stuck on the bottom of my dogs stomach was disgusting, and showed clear neglect by this facility. They said they would refund the bath and nail trim I paid for, or have me bring her back there.... why would i put my dog back in your care???? I have no refund, and I have called 2x and asked nicely that a manager call me back, I am still waiting for that call. DO Not put a animal you love at this facility, as it is clear they do not care for the wellbeing of your cherished family member."

"I do not even agree with this one star--but google requires at least one to post a review. A strong do NOT recommend. We boarded our two dogs with Wagging Tails for two weeks while we were on vacation. The dogs came back having lost significant weight—despite the huge amount of food we provided (and when we picked them up—three cans were left so they didn’t use them all). Our Great Dane’s spine and hip bones and ribs were very visible. We repeatedly asked for photos or report cards—which were promised daily. We never got a report card—not once. After I called we received a few pictures via text all clearly taken during one play session. This was early in the trip so we didn’t see the issues at that time. We had no communication from Wagging Tails at all during their stay—a terrible experience and clearly the dogs are not taken care of. I do NOT recommend leaving your dogs there!"

"I am in need of extended care for my fur baby and the person I regularly used has moved away . Wagging tails was recommended to me by my niece who brings her fur baby there and speaks highly of her care. I called and made an appointment for an evaluation. That is where you leave your dog for a few hours to see if it is a good fit! From the moment i walked in with my dog (Mae) , the young lady at the front desk (Andrea I think ?) was very attentive and compassionate with Mae who is very shy and easily scared. Andrea even offered to pick up Mae ( who weighs 45 pounds) . We were eventually able to coax Mae into the back . I left her there and when i returned, they reported that she had done very well. I received a report card and i think this will be an excellent fit for Mae! Beautiful open space, clean, loving environment and you can just tell that they all love the animals. I’m looking forward to being able to go away and not have to worry about Mae’s care!"

"Maximiliano had the best time of his life. Staff and owners were extremely attentive and amazing. I was not wrong when I decide to drive for 90 minutes to bring Maximiliano there for a few hours. I wish I could live closer so that we could bring Max every day. We LOVE this place."

"I hurt my back , and have a yellow Labrador retriever 12 week old puppy couldn’t take care of him!!! Call Wagging tails. And they took him right in. Went to pick him up all I saw was a happy little puppy. they were great they checked with my vet make sure he had all his shots!!! Took him back today!! he couldn’t get in the door quick enough he just loves the staff I say five stars!!! Somehow it says for trying to get it to say five but definitely a five star"
