"I had the pleasure of meeting their new groomer, Jenn today. I've had a hard time finding the right groomer for my dog, other groomers just couldn't get her haircut right. Until today. Jenn did exactly what I asked of her and my dog has NEVER looked as good as she does now. I hope Jenn stays for a very long time. She's the best in CT!"

"Very happy with customer service. Was unhappy with a previous cut and let them know, was met with bringing in my pup the next day and a discounted cost for the regroom. Jen was the groomer this time and I couldn't be happier with how she groomed our pup."

"I have been going here for 3 years and was always very happy until my dogs last grooming. He was cut in 2 areas, one pretty badly. No one mentioned it when I picked him up. I discovered it the next day when he kept licking the area. It became infected and I had to bring him to the vet. I understand mistakes happen, but when I contacted the manager, she was very rude and hung up on me after requesting that I be reimbursed for the vet bill. She offered a free grooming but I just wanted the vet bill covered (which was less than the grooming). I’m sure this isn’t common as it’s never happened before, but I think it was handled all wrong so I definitely won’t be back."

"I decided to try this groomer to switch things up and I was not disappointed. Gina and the staff are truly professional dog groomers. The atmosphere for the dogs is great. Not only did my dog get a haircut , teeth cleaned. Nails cut and filed etc. He also got to play with the friendly staff and other dogs in a great environment under supervision. This was erfect for our playful puppy who wants to play and be loved none stop. The price was a bit steep but it wasn't completely unreasonable given the treatment he received and his large size."

"I am extremely happy with Doggy Do's. The dog looks great and she actually likes going there which is very unusual for my dog. I am confident she is treated very well behind the scenes and not just left in a cage like other places I have been to. The folks I have dealt with on the phone and in person have consistently been polite and friendly. They even opened 30 minutes early once to accommodate me on a particularly difficult day. Now THAT is unusual in a very good way. With all this, I find their prices reasonable compared to several other local groomers. Its nice to pass on accolades when you find a business like this one. I highly recommend this business. Thx."
