"If you care about your pet, do not trust this company. I honestly wish I had met Susan since she seems to be the best mentioned, but unfortunately I dealt with Tim. Follows no instructions, first thing he asked when I called to inquire about pet care services was “if I had a camera” (I have yet to been asked that right off the bat before even meeting a person), and I am lucky I did have a camera or I’d have been fooled into thinking this was a reputable service. Tim did the complete opposite of what I told him to do, put my dog’s food in her crate which I am still confused about. I even told him not to. He basically stood there and watched my dog look terrified (she loves everyone but was so timid when it was just him) the entire “visits.” Did not follow leash instructions and I’m very specific since I’ve been diligently working on training. Will never use this company again and do not recommend."

"Used Tim awhile back and made me distrust pet care companies. He did not follow instructions and literally sat on my couch while the two Goldendoodles I had at the time were only let out to pee. He did not interact with them in any way in my home and seemed to care more about himself then the animals in his care. I paid for 30min walks 3 times/day. Out of desperation, a friend of mine recently used them to care for their dogue bordeaux. I literally told them “at least your dog will get to go to the bathroom.” Only reason he used this company for the first and only time. I loaned them a nest cam for their kitchen to monitor. Needless to say, unless you have a camera monitoring you will not get the quality service you pay for which is very unfortunate, even then, you still don’t. It was heartbreaking watching the camera feed when my friend and I returned back to his house. I cannot speak for the rest of their staff, only Tim. Do not recommend using Tim whatsoever. Look elsewhere for pet care."

"Look elsewhere. The guy, Tim, was arrogant, thinks he knows your dog better than you do and puts on a good front to get your business. He does what he wants and ignores any instructions left as reference. We aren't even sure if our dog ate as we had asked or if Tim even showed up as scheduled. The long walks he promised, didn't happen. A neighbor said he saw his interaction with our dog and was surprised that we trusted this guy with our pet. Unfortunately pets can't talk so we rely on others to be truthful. It's Unsettling to find out we left out pet in his care and what we were told, did not happen. Susan, the owner, Is delightful, and from another clients input, she is good with the pets, but for some reason, we ended up with him instead."
