"Went in for a gel mani and pedi I was told no not today. I had to them ask how long and was told not today. I wasn’t even offered to make an appointment. If I wasn’t the one to ask I would have been just told “no”. I can’t believe this came from the owner. Pretty disappointing as you had a salon full of people and someone who really wanted their nails done. I will think again about coming to this salon for services. They need to work on their customer service skills for sure. If you offered to make me an appointment I wouldn’t have been so taken aback."

"The lady who did my nails was SO NICE and did everything perfectly. I got gel french manicure, and she put a tip on one of my fingers that had a broken nail. it looks so good, and my pedicure is amazing!!!!! They give you a little back message while your nails dry too!"

"Came here looking for a new nail salon because it looked nice and clean from the pictures and I thought a salon in Fairfield’s brick walk might be more high-end (it’s not). It’s VERY small and I felt crowded & claustrophobic. The “nail salon smell” was overpowering and stronger than any nail salon I’ve been to, I felt like I was choking on the toxic fumes. I wish they would crack the door open. I would have left but I needed my nails done that night to leave for vacation the next day. My wife and I got gel manis and gel pedis so we didn’t have to worry about them chipping on our honeymoon. Within 2 days I had a small chip on my thumb and she had 2 toes basically completely peel off. It came to around $140 not including tip. Not a bad price but a waste of money if it’s not going to last. In that case we could have gotten regular polish for half the price. Gel should last 2 weeks, shouldn’t be chipping within a few days. Gave an extra star because the employees were nice and performed the services quickly, otherwise would have given 1 based on the chipping."
