"I spent over $200 for 2 pedicures, 2 full set acrylics, 2 eye brow wax. Only good thing about this place was the eyebrow wax. Both my nails and my friends nails are not shaped well, my fingers are all cut up, nail polish all around the nails. I want matte black and unfortunately I got matte but the bottom of my nail is still shiny where the matte wasn’t put on. There is large chunks of acrylic under the nail still as well and my gel polish must not have been dried all the way underneath because it is now peeling off less than 24hrs later. My girlfriend has black nail polish under her nails. Will never use this place again. I gave two stars because at least the eyebrows looked good. Also my friend and I both got the same pedicure but they charged two different prices for each. My pedicure was extremely rushed and she cut my toenail so wonky. Both toes are painful this morning. I did go to this place before this experience and actually liked whoever did my nails previously but this time it was just awful."

"I really enjoy this salon - the people are friendly and I always have a pleasant experience when I stop in. Recently I had my nails done at an entirely different salon and had stopped in to Tracy Nails to see if they were available to fix a nail that had chipped. Not only were they more than willing to help fix the broken nail but also touched up all the other nails (I didn’t ask her to). All of this for only $5! Great customer service."

"I came here to get my nails done about a year ago the woman did a nice job. But I tried to take them off myself after a while of them being on. My nails became destroyed from soaking them in acetone. I became frantic because I had to go to work soon and didn’t want to be seen in public with distraught nails that hurt my fingers I came back here requesting if the woman who helped me could possibly fix the mess. She shrugged me off and said it was too busy right now to help me. So I decided to go to another nail salon down the street that fixed my nails back to their natural form without any pain and no wait. I wouldn’t suggest going here if you’re looking for good service and to be catered to. I spent a lot of money on my nails and was only looking to fix the after math of trying to take them off myself and was truly upset that I was shunned away. Luckily I found a place that was kind enough to actually help me when I was in need. I will never go back here again."

"First time returning to a salon after Covid closed my favorite place. We tried Tracy Nails on a recommendation. 2 full gel sets with gel manicure and both are a mess. Too thick, oddly shaped, lumpy and uneven. And this was after I asked for some adjustments. My daughter is already soaking hers off they look so bad. The place was dirty, nail dust everywhere. The uv dryers have nail polish caked all over them. This is definitely not the place for us."
