"Place was clean, but does not justify the experience and quality. I believe it was the owner of the store, he was very upset about something. For the first 15 minutes of getting my nails done, he was loudly and meanly talking to the lady doing my nails. I felt bad for her and was generally very uncomfortable. It’s been a week from getting my nails done and one is already crack across the nails. I get dip and they did not do a good job like my normal salon does. They did not strengthen my nail enough with the powder. They also didn’t make the same shape for each nail (fixed it then myself later) and when filing my nail after dipping it in powered they did a poor job. The powder/color is already lifting at the nail beds. Needless to say, not coming back here."

"If I could give this place zero stars I would. The owner is the rudest, most ignorant person I’ve ever met. He Never honors an appointment. Clearly, He doesn’t care or know how to run a business. And maybe he should start collecting sales tax from his cash customers. It’s called Tax evasion, Paul. Stop using Zelle also. Manicures and pedicures are taxable services in CT. The only good person and reason to go here is Emma. Truly-Elizabeth"

"$30 for regular mani pedi is a great price. BUT the quality is questionable, pedicure chairs are dirty, and the tools they used are a bit questionable. The woman who worked on me was very slow, and she barely new what she is doing! Especially she did not know how to do pedicure, she was not trained. . Best part of this place is price but then not sure it’s worth it… manager is rude."

"Gel fill and design. The owner extremely rude and lazy rushing ppl in and out. I had moved to CT and tried to find a good place to do my gel fill and design nails i had tried many. Friend recommended Cozy Nails so I went. First time everything went kinda smooth little complaining from the owner but he ended up doing a good job. He kept complaining that I picked design and stones he was spending too much time on me and other clients will be coming. He did exactly what I asked for and I was happy. However the last time I went with my daughter and we both had appointments. So we waited patiently for 40 min just so he can tell me he will not do my nails because he doesn't want to do design for me and it takes him to long so I switched and send my daughter to him as she picked the marble design they have in their display cases. I ended up with Jen as the owner Paul kept yelling she can do design. Well she was having a little hard time I had to give her few different pics of my nails that I had done previously in my other salon that I use to go to before I moved. She finally did my nails and I'm happy. My daughter on the other hand was extremely dissatisfied with the fact that the owner Paul couldn't do the design they have on display. He rushed her nails they came out too thick and fanny looking instead if square. She ended up choosing a color that later he was trying to tell her it's the nail polish making her nails look so thick and not square. I kept asking him if he can fix it I told him we can wait I tried to be as courteous as I can as he had another client in the chair. He kept yelling and screaming in his language he got very upset when I told him we waited I had originally made appointment with him but he refused and when I first asked if they can do designs he said yes. He ended up fixing her nails after long wait and him talking probably about us. I was there for 5 hrs. It I do like the way he did my nails before but I'm not sure if I want to go to a place where they don't really want to take the time to doit the way I like. I am extremely disappointed at my last visit. I will continue to look elsewhere. I felt rushed and he was ignoring me for quite sometime. He is very capable of doing the designs I showed him for some reason he just doesn't want to doit. When I use to go to my other salon the girl would set certain amount of time to do my nails because she knew it will take time. I hope the owners ppl skills improve. I am going to try a place in NY their Instagram shows lots of designs that they do."

"Went there first time ever and enjoyed everything- spa pedicure and gel manicure. Didn’t have an appointment but still was greeted very warmly. Everyone is so nice. My nails look so perfect! Prices are good too. Thank you cozy nail spa! Will be coming back :)"
