"I went to get my nails done on 1/5/2024 with "May" for a French Manicure and paid $50 in addition to the tip. Two days later, two of my nails broke/chipped on the side. This has been my fourth or fifth time coming to this salon in hopes of becoming my go to nail salon. I went today (1/10/2024) in the morning to have the two nails fixed and was told i would have to pay to get them fixed. I have been to other nail salons before and i have never heard of a nail salon recharging for nails done at their establishment within a week of nails being broken or chipped. I am appalled and frustrated that as a new customer having to pay extra for nails that were done at this nail salon and broken two days later, it is just horrible. I asked for the name of the owner so i can speak to them and explain what is going on and was told they don't know their name, as well told to come back this Friday (1/12/2024) to speak to the nail tech "May" and negotiate with her about the broken nails and redo all of my nails of full price. Again this is appalling having to come back and not have my nails fixed free of charge when i already paid $50 four days ago. I am not sure what kind of business you guys are running and charging people extra of poor job conducted at your establishment. I am never going to come back at this nail salon nor recommended it to anyone else for such a horrible job and customer services. For reference, i was able to go at another nail salon and had my nails fixed/redone free of charge and was provided with great customer experience and understanding, something "Nail & Cosmo Spa" is lacking in their operation of business. The rating should be Zero not even an One."

"I have visited this establishment on two separate occasions. During my initial visit, I specifically requested a complete set of UV gel nails with tips, emphasizing to the nail technician the importance of not grinding or filing down my already thin nail bed. However, my request was disregarded, and as a result, my nails ended up with an uneven coffin shape and a lumpy texture, which left me dissatisfied with the outcome. In an attempt to rectify the situation, I then opted for a regular gel manicure. The nail technician, May, was pleasant, but I couldn't help but question why she initially began buffing and filing my nail bed when I had only requested a regular gel manicure. Fortunately, upon addressing my concerns, she ceased the unnecessary procedure. It is worth noting that filing the nail bed is typically reserved for acrylic and gel manicures, rather than regular gel manicures. Curiously, I observed that the client beside me was also having her nail bed filed down, which struck me as unusual, considering that this seems to be a practice unique to this particular salon. Moving on, once my nails were finally painted, I noticed that the application appeared messy, with the gel smudging around the edges of my fingertips. Furthermore, the nail technician neglected to clean the sides once she had finished. This left me feeling deeply disappointed. Additionally, I couldn't help but notice that the uv port hand rest, where clients place their hands to drybthe gel manicure in seemed unclean and perpetually neglected, lacking regular wiping or cleaning. This lack of hygiene is concerning. Despite my willingness to give this establishment a second chance, the results were once again unsatisfactory. Therefore, I have made the decision to discontinue my patronage of this nail salon and would not recommend it to anyone in my social circle."

"Worse place ever they charged me to much. I got a french mani pedi done and while i was having it done they asked me if i wanted a massage and i said yes because usually when i go to nail salon it is complimentary. They never told me the charges for the massage and the girl at the cashier didn't know the pricing. Also i wanted to pay with my card but they had me pay cash. It was a waste of money literally."

"Hands down the worst pedicure I’ve ever had. Took a total of about 5 min. For $30. Not even a base or a top coat. They always overbook clients and rush the services but are willing to take your money anyway. Just terrible."

"You should train the guy better with his work! I think his name was Justin or Steven (can’t remember). He couldn’t file my nails right to its original shape. The cuticles were not cleaned well. The massage was a joke. I’m till sore on my neck. Btw I went for spa package which was more expensive. Never going back there."
