"Unfortunately, I cannot offer a review of my Mani and Pedi, because they were running so far behind my scheduled time, I had to pick one or the other. My husband and I booked (several days) in advance and he waited 45 minutes for someone to even fill the water for his feet to soak. I waited 30 minutes before I was seen and chose prioritize a Mani only as they were clearly behind. No one acknowledged our appointment time, apologized to either of us, checked in with us about timing, or offered any solution. An apology and an offer to rebook my pedicure is what I would have expected at minimum. We will not be back. P.s. we of course still tipped 20% as it was not the technicians' fault."

"The first 3 times I had a great experience. Every one did a wonderful job. The last time, I had the gentleman there ( sorry don't know his name) do my nails. So here's what went wrong- I went with my daughter and she had one of the women do her nails next to me. So I was watching what was being done to me and her. So, firstly, he never used the cuticle oil, just started pushing my cuticles back and cutting them. I had gel nail polish previously done, so he did a terrible job removing it. He left my nails all bumpy and rough and proceeded to paint my nails and just completed the manicure. My daughter who sat next to me ,had her nails cleaned properly, filed smooth, cuticle oil applied etc and her nail polish was so smooth. I feel bad truly complaining here but really want to warn all to refuse manicure from the gentleman there. He really needs retraining and better yet not do nails. I still have the bumpy nails he left from not removing the gel polish correctly..it is slowly growing out. But as you can imagine,my nails have become so brittle and are peeling still because they have an underlying coat of gel polish. Finally I was able to file most of it away. Otherwise, the women there are all excellent with manis and pedis but do not let the gentleman do your nails unless he gets some more experience under their watchful supervision."

"This place is amazing! They accommodated me as a walk in, as soon as I entered I was greeted and taken care of immediately. Very kind and professional making sure when she was cutting my cuticle nothing hurt. I got dip powder on my regular nails and couldn’t be more happy with the results. I definitely will be a returning customer."
