"I’ve tried several places on the avenue for nails. This is hands down by far the best one. Suji and her team are extremely professional and efficient. They don’t try to rush through anything or upsell like crazy like some of the other places around here. They do accept walk ins but they do get busy so I suggest calling ahead of time to ask about availability. My gel manicures always last at least 3 weeks. I highly recommend!"

"I went in and asked for my dip nails to be removed and get a brand new set of dip nails and the lady couldn’t understand me, that was completely okay, but when her coworkers explained what I wanted she argued with me, threw a fit and started to take off my nails. In the process of taking them off, she burned me with the drill multiple times and cut my cuticles, making them bleed multiple times as well. I decided that I needed to get them off and leave. An hour went by and she was still drilling and filing my nails, neglecting them, and made them as thin as possible that they hurt to touch. She burnt me so bad that I went to the bathroom and ran my nails under cold water then decided to leave. She hadn’t even taken off my dip nails or tips and somehow completely managed to file my nail bed very thin even after I told her that she was hurting me multiple times. I went to leave, telling her I wasn’t going to pay her and she started yelling at me that I owed her $35. One of the other ladies came up to me, examined my nails, and told me that I didn’t have to pay."

"Do not waste your time going here. I know it’s in Greenwich, but they are really trying to take advantage of people. Their prices said “$8” for a polish change and “$12” for a full manicure. All I wanted was my dip polish to be removed, no polish added or anything and they wanted to charge “$15”, I walked out. As a resident of Greenwich, I will never be entering there again."

"Environment was really clean and professional, but this is my hand 3 days after I got SNS and my regular polish smeared because they told me I was good to go and apparently my toes weren't dry. I was in town visiting so I can't go back to have it fixed..."

"I work a block away. I called in for an appointment on Saturday and they were able to fit me in the last minute. As soon as I walked in they took my temperature, made me wash my hands, and also provided me with hand sanitizer. The place was not crowded. Kate did my pedicure and manicure. She took very good care of me and did not rush through. I will certainly be back. The place was clean and the service was excellent!"
