"They completely ruined my long beautiful natural nails and they still charged me $15 for it. I will NEVER go back to this nail salon. I had been in a couple times before and it was fine. Last time they cut me while doing my cuticles and I was bleeding all over, but I thought everyone makes a mistake now and then. Tonight was the absolute last straw. I went in for a regular manicure and asked them to fix a small tear in one of my nails. They put so much glue all over trying to fix it that they glued my entire nail to my skin. It was burning terribly. Then they soaked my finger in nail polish remover for 30 minutes and scrapped underneath my nail trying to get it out, and they couldn’t. I had to cut all my nails off, left without any nail polish and a finger that hurts, and still paid $15. They seemed totally unqualified. BEWARE."
"I have been going to City Nails about 2 years now and there was not 1 time that I got dissatisfied with the services or the people! Very professional, the ladies are very sweet and the price is fair. I am very happy with their services, from lashes, manicure, pedicure and wax! Their are just great on everything!"
