"I don’t like writing reviews but I feel this one has to be written. I definitely don’t recommend coming when I came in the lady i got had no idea what a French tip was so I’m convinced they hire people who aren’t licensed or have much experience. Then my friend came in to get her toes done they first rushed her after she said the manger said try to come at 6 so she did when she said if she could come at 6:30 so she comes in exactly at 6 they didn’t take her until 7. Then on top of that she had the same lady I had and that lady was handling her toes so aggressively that she ended up cutting one of my friends toes really bad and tried hiding it from her my friend then noticed that she was bleeding a lot and it wouldn’t stop bleeding however the lady rushed out to leave. My friend then says something and the manager and another lady “tries” there best to have her toe stop bleeding . She then goes to the manager and he says “$20” now what type of manager is that? As a manager that is bad for business and I would’ve said free of charge and deducted from the ladies pay. If he wants to be greedy like that. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Worst nail salon in Ossining"

They are very nice and the owner goes above and beyond to avoid having people wait long or wait at all. I moved to a town further away but still make the drive to them every time because it's worth it. I highly recommend."
