"I went to Grace nails because I live close by. Every single time I get a manicure, at least one finger gets cut when they cut my cuticles. I don’t complain usually because sometimes that happens. But, this last time I went (yesterday 7/8/22) one woman was starting my manicure while I was getting a pedicure. When her appt came in she started rushing and cut a CHUNK out of the side of my left ring finger. It wouldn’t stop bleeding. She put the green liquid on 3 times and then eventually packed it with the yellow powder. She said sorry but when I asked if I would get money off she got annoyed and said no and then when another customer saw how bad my finger looked she said fine $5 only and argued that she only cut the one even though she cut 3 of my fingers and the ring finger is a severe cut. I was so upset with how inconsiderate she was and the lack of care she had. I usually don’t ever complain but I was so disappointed with the way this was handled. I will not go back here"

"In the 20 years I've been getting acrylic nails I've never had bumpy or wavy nails until I visited this salon. My nail tech was very nice but they have no clue how to apply acrylic and should just stick to the basics. I literally threw my money down the drain. As you can see not only are they lumpy but missing polish. Super disappointed."
