"This establishment is the worst and the nail service was horrible! 1. Had an appt, sat down in chair, started my nails then was told I had to get up to accommodate another lady who wanted that nail person. 2. When they found someone else to do my nails she asked me "do you know how much this nail service cost" which you know what was implied. 3. EMILY DID A HORRIBLE JOB ON MY NAILS! I told her as we were going but she did not listen so I waited until my nails were finished and showed the manager and she had someone else fix it because even she saw what a horrible job she did. It is not a welcoming establishment and I refuse to spend my money on subpar work resulting in me spending 3 hours total on my nails. NEVER AGAIN!"

"Unfortunately I have to leave a bad review for one of my favorite nail salons. I went in for a scheduled pedicure today with my mom and we wanted to sit together but that wasn’t able to happen which was fine. I then was asked to get up from my seat for another mom and daughter to sit together. It was kinda unsettling that I was the only person of color and they made no attempt to ask anyone else to get up. They never tried to arrange for me and my mom to be able to sit together. This was extremely rude for the workers to treat us like this and I will not be returning. I am now a Dove Nail and Spa goer."

"I have been going to Posh Darien for a long time now and Russel who does my UV fill/ pedicure is amazing! He does a great job, is patient, kind, clean and does exactly what I ask! I also see Yumi for my lashes and she is the ONLY person who doesn’t make my eyes burn and I’ve been to several different places and lash technicians. She’s the best of the best. Everyone at Posh is very nice, it’s clean and relaxing and overall I have a great experience there :) Amanda Lazarus"
